Priscilla Alabi
Award-Winning Journalist, Podcaster & Storyteller
Priscilla Alabi, Yoruba-American journalist and award-winning podcaster, specializes in storytelling, public radio, and African diaspora narratives.
Priscilla is currently the Managing Editor for Going Wild with Dr. Rae Wynn-Grant at Great Feeling Studios , an acclaimed audio documentary series that has won multiple Signal Awards and earned an NAACP Image Award nomination at the 55th Annual Image Awards in 2024.
She is also the Series Producer for Mind Your Own, a podcast about the African diaspora produced by Snap Judgment at KQED, hosted by Academy Award Winner Lupita Nyong’o. The narrative anthology podcast debuted in Fall 2024 and explores personal and cultural stories from across the African diaspora.
Priscilla is a prolific podcaster and multimedia storyteller with a career spanning public radio, narrative audio, and investigative reporting. She began her career with WNYC Radio, contributing as a writer and producer on shows such as The Brian Lehrer Show, The Takeaway, and America on the Line.

Priscilla is an international reporter and has reported in Nigeria, Israel and the Palestinian territories. She received her Masters of Arts in Journalism from the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY (artist formally known as CUNY J-School).
Priscilla wants you to know that she is, at her core, a writer and storyteller. Her work bridges cultures and experiences, bringing insight, empathy, and human stories to life through audio, narrative journalism, and podcasting.
